June 29 @ 10:30 am - 12:00 pm
Please join the Health & Housing Consortium, Homeless Services United, and BronxWorks in the 2nd Annual Conference on Homeless Deaths in New York City 2022.
In response to an 81% increase in drug-related deaths among individuals experiencing homelessness between July 2020-June 2021, this event will focus on best practices to combat this crisis among this population and resources for frontline workers.

After Dr. Cunningham’s presentation, Homeless Services United’s Executive Director Catherine Trapani will lead a panel discussion and moderated Q&A with experts leading successful overdose prevention interventions among this population.
Panelists will include:
– Dr. Chinazo Cunningham, Commissioner of NYS OASAS
– Dr. Jonathan Giftos, Medical Director of Addiction Medicine & Drug User Health at Project Renewal
– Kailin See, Senior Director of Programs of OnPoint NYC
