Yoga + Meditation for Frontline Workers
June 19 @ 10:00 am - 11:00 am
In partnership with Sweet Water Dance & Yoga, a Bronx-based, woman of color-owned business, we invite frontline staff to take time for yourselves with this free, trauma-informed Hatha yoga and mediation session.
This yoga session is for bodies of all ages, shapes, sizes, and abilities. Hatha is the perfect way to de-stress and strengthen the mind body connection. Class will include a centering meditation, breathing practice (pranayama) and a guided deep relaxation. No equipment required.
Please feel free to invite your colleagues. This is a special event offered exclusively to staff of Bronx Consortium member organizations.
