The intended audience for this training is: Case/Care Managers or Coordinators, Community Health Workers/Patient Navigators, Social Workers, Clinicians - RN, MD, etc.,  Housing Specialists, Academics/Researchers, Elected Officials/Representatives, Program Coordinators/Managers,  Program Directors, and Executives. Other roles are of course welcome to attend!
